A little bit about myself...

My name is Jamie Snyder. I grew up on a farm in Niagara County in Upstate New York. On our farm, we raised livestock and grew fruit, vegetables and grain. Due to being outside a lot on the farm and liking to work with plants, I decided to go to college for horticulture. I graduated at SUNY Morrisville with a degree in landscape design in 1997.

Once out of college, I started working at Grossman’s Garden and Home in Penfield, NY and worked there for 18 years. During that first year at Grossman’s I fell in with flowers and this love affair continues to this day.

While at Grossman’s I oversaw many things including the flower container department. I created Creative Gardens because I am passionate about plants, flowers and color! I would love to bring my passion and knowledge to your business or home.
